Our founder's vision
Mama Rosemary Alusa believed deeply that education is the key to a brighter future. With this vision in her heart, she devoted herself to ensuring that every child had the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a better life. What began as a simple dream grew through her determination, compassion, and faith into the vibrant learning community that Roshen Lakeview Academy is today. She built the school from the grassroots level, overcoming many challenges but never losing sight of her mission to open doors of opportunity through education. Mama Rosemary was more than a founder; she was a mentor, a mother figure, and a guiding light to many children and families in the community. Her kindness, humility, and unwavering belief in the potential of every child touched countless lives. To the students, she was lovingly known as Mama, someone who believed in them even before they believed in themselves. To the community, she represented hope and the promise that education could transform lives and uplift future generations. Her legacy lives on in every classroom, every learner, and every dream nurtured at Roshen Lakeview Academy. Her vision continues to guide us. We are determined to ensure that her dream and vision live on, continuing the work she so passionately began empowering children through education and shaping brighter futures for generations to come.
